Privacy Policy
How we handle website data — kept minimal and transparent.
Who we are
This site is operated by The Dial Force. Questions? Email Info@thedialforce.com.
Website analytics
We use privacy-friendly, first-party analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, scroll depth, and the referring source). This uses a random, anonymous session identifier stored in a first-party cookie (tdf_sid). It does not collect your name, email, or any personal information, and we do not sell or share it.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see aggregated heatmaps and session-playback of general interactions, which helps us improve the site. Clarity is configured to mask text and form inputs, so personal details you type are not captured. Clarity is a Microsoft product; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We honor your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals — if either is enabled, our first-party analytics do not run.
Contact form
When you submit our contact form, we store the name, email, phone number, and message you provide so we can respond and follow up about our services. We keep this only as long as needed for that purpose and do not sell it.
Cookies we use
tdf_sid— anonymous analytics session (about 30 minutes).tdf_session— sign-in cookie for the private admin area (staff only).
Your choices
You can clear cookies in your browser at any time, enable Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control, and email us at Info@thedialforce.com to ask about the data associated with a contact submission.
We may update this policy as the site evolves; material changes will be reflected here.
